Warren Hills Memorial Home234 W Washington AvenueWashington, NJ 07882 Warren Hills Memorial HomeThe roots of Warren Hills Memorial home stretch back to 1891, when Charles Ray Ford, furniture builder, became an undertaker. The business has seen many changes over the years, but the commitment to helping families in their time of need has continued.
In 2001, Richard Maguire and his family bought the business from the Ford family at 234 West Washington Avenue, and it is now known as Warren Hills Memorial Home. Richard Maguire holds a degree in mortuary science and operates the funeral home together with a dedicated staff. Mr. Maguire is proud to be able to carry forward the tradition of excellent service and care established many years ago by the Ford Family. The Warren Hills Memorial Home is a truly a home like setting. We have planned the facility carefully with elegant décor and thoughtful features such as a children's room with television and a Walt Disney Library, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a large parking lot with a parking attendant to assist you. The Maguire family has lovingly restored the building back to its original beauty and made many modern improvements to ensure your comfort. Whether you come see us to make pre-arrangements or to say goodbye to a loved one, we want you to feel as if you were in your own home. It never escapes us that each family is unique. We will always care for your family with the personal service and attention to detail that you deserve. Should you ever happen to visit us, you will experience both Service and Value - because we know that it doesn't cost us any more to offer excellent service to our families. Pre-PlanningWithout exception, those families who have made some advance plans have told us how much easier it actually made things when the death occurred. They were able to focus on helping each other, instead of dealing with multiple decisions while under tremendous strain.
Advance planning is one of the most important services we offer. Most of us would choose not to think about planning our own funeral, but it is very helpful to consider your options in advance, so that you can make informed decisions that are right for you. Planning ahead allows you to carefully consider your choices and to share and discuss them with your family. Should you choose to learn more about pre-arrangement, please know that we offer complimentary appointments either at our facility, or in your home, whichever is more convenient to you. At Warren Hills, you will meet with a licensed funeral director (and not a sales counselor) who will carefully explain your options, and work with you to prepare the arrangements that will be most meaningful to you and your family. Personalizing Your Service - we can helpWhether the decision is for a traditional funeral service with a burial, or a cremation option, we want to assist you in a funeral or memorial that is personal and meaningful.
